Go the Fuck to Sleep is an ongoing leporello diary in which Masha Solus appropriates Adam Mansbach’s cult children’s book of the same title.

 

Transforming the long accordion-folded scroll into a raw personal chronicle, the artist layers handwritten reflections, blue ink inversion drawings, medical documents, family photographs, collage elements, and found objects. Executed in the artist’s signature inversion technique, the work confronts the visceral realities of motherhood, insomnia, hospital experience, and emotional exhaustion.
